Step 1: The Main Property Information
The Property Address & Details. This is the information that will go on the headers of every flyer page, as well as the header of the email

Step 2: Property Features
1-10 Bullet points about the property to go on the first page of the flyer and the main body of the email.

Step 3: Contact Info
Brokerage and broker contact info for the first page of the flyer and the footer of the email.
Step 4: Photos
1 Main photo for the first page of the flyer and the header of the email. 6-18 additional photos can be submitted for a maximum of 3 photo pages.

Step 5: Additional Materials
Floor plans, surveys or maps can be included. Please submit High quality documents in PDF or PNG format and avoid photocopies & scans.

Step 6: Completed Brochure
A PDF flyer and email test will be sent to you.

Please Note: that in order to facilitate and expedite marketing services, we now REQUIRE all Commercial members to use the Youman Media request form for each property request. This form is simple to use and is completed electronically. Simply fill in the information and email it to mryan@youmanmedia.com with high-quality photos, and the marketing team will create your Royal LePage Commercial branded brochure, social media graphic, and HTML email and send it back to you for review before being sent to the databases.

REPORTS
Youman Media has been providing email marketing reports to Royal LePage Commercial
members after their campaign has run. Normally we provide this report within the first 48 hours post-send.

who opened and clicked your campaigns to where the subscriber resides and which links the individuals clicked on can be tracked.
This is significant because it allows you to decide what to do next:

3. If they have done nothing you can re-send that email.

Reports are also an excellent tool for presenting to clients. It demonstrates that you are actively promoting their listing.
